Stellar Ads Media
Privacy Policy
Effective: 16 October 2026 · Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains how Stellar Ads Media handles information when you visit stellar-ads.com, use its click-tracking route when enabled, or send us a message through its contact form.
1. Scope and website operator
The website operator is Stellar Ads Media (referred to as “Stellar Ads,” “we,” or “us”). This policy covers the public website, the click-tracking route when enabled, and information sent through its contact form. It does not govern third-party websites or services you choose to visit.
The website does not provide advertiser or publisher account registration. Registration links to Offer18 have been removed. If our services or systems change, we will update this policy to describe any additional data processing before relying on it.
2. Information we collect
If you contact us, the form collects your name, email address, message, and phone number if you choose to provide it. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Our hosting and server infrastructure may process basic connection and security data, such as an IP address, request time, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
If click tracking is enabled, the intended endpoint is https://c.outaff.com/click. For an authorized destination, it receives the destination URL in the visible redirection_url parameter, creates a service click ID, and records the event details described below.
3. How we use information
We use contact details and message contents to respond to your inquiry and maintain the related business record.
When enabled, click tracking is used to count and attribute ad clicks and to investigate delivery or fraud issues. The route redirects only to a destination hostname in the operator-configured allowlist.
Where privacy laws apply, we process information on an appropriate legal basis, such as responding to your request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, or compliance with a legal obligation.
4. GDPR and legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process inquiry information on a lawful basis that fits the purpose. This may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, measuring enabled click tracking, preventing fraud, and securing the website, or compliance with a legal obligation. If a particular activity relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom, you can contact us to ask which lawful basis applies to your information and to request details about any international transfer safeguards used by our hosting provider.
5. Storage and retention
We keep contact form submissions as internal records on the website server, with access restricted to people who administer the service. These records contain the submission time, name, email address, optional phone number, and message. They are not displayed publicly.
We retain submissions only as long as needed to handle the inquiry or meet a legal recordkeeping requirement, then delete them.
When click tracking is enabled, we also keep restricted-access operational records containing the event time, generated service click ID, destination hostname, and anygclid, gbraid, wbraid, or listed UTM values present in the supplied destination URL. These records do not contain the full destination URL, visitor IP address, or browser user-agent. We retain them until the site operator deletes them, and limit access to service administrators.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to or correction or deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; receive a portable copy where applicable; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to a data protection authority. Email requests to support@stellarads.com.
When India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, you may use this contact channel to raise questions or grievances about our processing and to exercise applicable rights.
We may need enough information to locate the relevant submission and verify the request.
9. Children’s privacy
This business website is not directed to children and is not intended to target them with advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will review it and take steps required by applicable law. The U.S. COPPA Rule applies to child-directed services and to general-audience services with actual knowledge that they collect personal information from a child under 13.
For an information society service offered directly to a child, when processing relies on consent under GDPR Article 8, the default age is 16 unless the relevant EU Member State has set a lower age, which cannot be below 13. Under UK GDPR, the age for a child to consent to processing for an information society service is 13. Parental authorization may be required below the applicable age. For purposes of India’s DPDP Act, a child is a person under 18. This site is a business contact website and is not designed for children to use.
Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the contact form. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact us so we can review and address it under applicable law.
10. Security
We use access restrictions on the locally stored contact document and reasonable safeguards for the website. No online system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or data practices change. The effective date at the top shows when this version was published.
12. Indian statutory compliance and grievance redressal (DPDP Act 2023)
Contact our designated Grievance Officer about personal-data processing, consent withdrawals, or privacy grievances. Section 8(10) of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the related grievance-redressal provisions are scheduled to take effect on 13 May 2027.
